Welcome to PeriodEase - AI Cycle Tracker (the "App"). Before you install, access, or use the App, please carefully read and understand the following Terms of Service (the "Terms"). By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you disagree with any of the Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Service Overview

PeriodEase - AI Cycle Tracker is a menstrual cycle tracking application that combines AI to help users track and predict menstrual cycles, ovulation periods, and other physiological data, providing personalized health recommendations. This App does not require account registration, allowing users to start using it immediately and optionally subscribe to premium features for additional services.

2. Subscription Services

• Free Features: The App provides basic cycle tracking and prediction features, which you can use for free to record menstrual data and track your cycle.
• Premium Subscription Features: The App offers monthly or yearly subscription services, allowing subscribers to unlock additional premium features, such as more accurate cycle predictions, ovulation analysis, personalized health reports, etc. Subscriptions are processed through your existing Apple App Store account.
• Subscription Fees: Premium subscription fees are charged based on the plan you choose (monthly or yearly). The exact fees will be displayed during the purchase process. All fees are processed directly through the Apple App Store; we do not handle payment information directly.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription services will automatically renew until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your Apple ID account settings. However, you will continue to have access to the services for the remainder of the current subscription period.

3. User Responsibilities

• Legal Use: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activities.
• Accurate Data Provision: In order to provide accurate cycle predictions and health recommendations, you are responsible for providing accurate health data. You are responsible for ensuring that the data you provide is up-to-date and accurate.
• Device Requirements: In order to use the App smoothly, you need to ensure that your device meets the technical requirements, including the operating system version and sufficient storage space.
• Data Protection: While we take measures to protect your data security, you must also protect your device and account information to prevent unauthorized access.

4. Privacy and Data Security

Your privacy is very important to us. We are committed to strictly adhering to our privacy policy to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal information and health data. We will not sell your personal information to any third party.

5. Service Changes and Termination

• Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App and any of its features at any time, including changing subscription fees or canceling some features' free access. We will try to notify users in advance, but we are not responsible for any consequences resulting from such changes.
• Account Termination: If you violate these Terms, or if we have reason to believe your actions do not comply with the App's usage requirements, we have the right to suspend or terminate your access, delete your data, and terminate all services with you.

6. Limitation of Liability

• App Functionality: While we strive to ensure the accuracy and stability of the App, we cannot guarantee flawless operation on all devices. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from your use of the App.
• Health Advice: The health advice and cycle predictions provided by the App are based on user-provided data and AI analysis. These are intended to help you understand your body, but they do not constitute medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations. Please consult a professional healthcare provider before making any health decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all of its contents (including but not limited to software, designs, graphics, text, images, trademarks, etc.) are the property of PeriodEase or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, or otherwise use any part of the App without authorization.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws.
• Dispute Resolution: In case of any dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the relevant court for adjudication.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in service content, legal requirements, or user feedback. All updates will be posted within the App. By continuing to use the App, you agree to accept these changes.
